Just curious on your take on the Acolyte, Obi Wan, Book of Boba, and most importantly, Rose of Skywalker and Rey Palpatines character development in the film. You are correct, sir. I love this game but I also hate many parts of it. I just came back from a solid two month break of playing it. Chasing Moogles to get to buy shit? Capturing the f*cking giant chickens over and over Metal Gear Solid style? F*ck them and their endless bloat of minigames.Yet somehow I still love this game!

I’m so tired of seeing people shit on this game, it’s not THAT bad. Sure it’s not what they promised, but cmon it’s still a decent game that feeds pretty well into the space exploration fantasy. Thank you for this review.

The remake doesn't make the original invalid. But it did improve various things other than visuals. I love both. But i am on the side of not liking the atory changes. I dont think playing the same story would be boring at all. We already do that all the time with other things.

One thing you didn’t mention is the music. I didn’t notice a lot of the tracks in this one and if I did it was because they were repetitive and kind of annoying. Another thing I didn’t like was that the first one made it seem like most of the timeline fate stuff would be over and that this game would go in a different direction than the original, but this one felt less different from the original than remake did. Also I was confused by what happened in the ending. Like with all the timeline stuff. Also the side characters from remake overstayed their welcome in this

I saved for months and bought a PS5 just so I could play this and VII Rebirth at launch. Needless to say I don't regret it at all. Man, I love Final Fantasy so much.

I’ll see you in court buddy… but honestly I was bored as hell of the game after I beat it. I mean half way through I was bored. There’s some fun elements but I didn’t pick it up after I beat it. The trash writing, the lack of impactful choices, the lack of killable named characters, etc. I played the game with an open mind to it, despite the hate. And just felt empty just like all the planets.

Respectfully disagree. They changed too much of the story. And I've never liked action combat, especially when the camera angles are horrible and all the enemies can just gang up on you. The whole game just feels like one giant filler that I really didn't want or need.

people hate on starfield because it is embarrassingly bad. All the followers have exactly the same personality, react exactly the same to everything you do. LOAD screens x 10. guns are boring. writing is good if you are a child or metally challenged. getting the space shouts couldn't be anymore boring.. (exactly 100% the same) for every fk'n one, where just doing one is boring, now times it by 20-30, forgot how many there are. etc. etc.

I like episode 2 more than episode 8 but only because I think Attack of the Clones is THE best Star Wars movie ever and I am someone who hated it when I saw it in the theaters. Last Jedi and Return of the Jedi are tied for second place.

TRASH. detection is broken Ai team? Broken. Two missions are hard as shit regardless of your difficulty setting. This game is flawed but it was so close to being a beautiful open world game.

I never truly understood the hate for Starfield, the game is a little barebones but its also a modders dream how many completely free planets are there to build on or to rework you could make literally anything and since the game still has DLC coming out its likely going to have major improvements in the future

Just going to say this game will age like a fine wine. 5 or so years from now there will be an influx of YT retrospectives looking back on this game and giving it another shot to find out it's a "underrated masterpiece" and that we were too harsh on it. It had the misfortune to be hyped up well beyond what it delivers along with coming out in a time where top tier graphics and FPS mean everything to this newer generation of gamers. Hell, there's intricate graphics settings that can be tweaked in just about every AAA console game now. Even marketed that way. I'm not saying that it's a top tier Bethesda game, because I feel they've done better work on other projects, but as a new IP I think it's a pretty dang good attempt to do something new.

For the question posed at 06:30 in the video I don't know that I would complain about the "NASA Punk" aesthetic itself as much as the lack of variety in ship design and customization options. Which I will give credit with the introduction of customizable habs has sort of been rectified. I think one of the things I dislike is actually the fact that we can see these very disparate and unique styles in the game that are all intriguing but those same aesthetic styles can't be reflected in our own ships customization. I think one of the times this really hit for me is (I think its during the Freestar Ranger questline) you go on to this guys big luxury yacht-ship to get some info from him about the renegades from the war. Immediately on stepping in to the ship I was like "Man I want to steal this ship it looks so cool I want this aesthetic." I wasn't able to because I don't think you can access the pilot seat on the ship but I was crestfallen having seen an aesthetic style I wanted only to have it be unavailable to me.

Yes, George Lucas is critiquing things like corporate power taking hold in government, yes he was criticizing imperialism, yes George Lucas was and is a fairly liberal/lefty guy from the bay area that also happened to create the biggest movie franchise of all time. All of these conservabros that get bent out of shape about politics in Star Wars are defending a version of Star Wars that never existed, it's always been political and those politics have always had an anti-establishment, relatively left-wing perspective.

The only thing i learned about youtube/streamers who hate on a game so hard and make it their entire personality to hate on a game so hard that their communities blindly agree with. Is that if they think its bad, its probably good. I hated starfield at first myself, but im playing it again and it has its issues of course. But those are insanely easily ignoreable. With the exception of some lifeless areas which was a huge disappointment to me. But its a solid 7. It could be worked on more but its not as bad as people make it out to be.

So many things starfield missed out on. EVA flight in your space suit. Large open cities without being apocalyptic. In atmosphere flying. All of this would have made the game so much better.

not necessarilly underrated, but definitely overhated. Like, it's mediocre with extremely good parts, which is good enough for me :)

I LOVE turnbased combat a LOT but I'm GLAD people like FFXVI. Because I REALLY fucking HATED FFXV like NEXT LEVEL hatred. And Honestly like I've been checked out of buying the games for awhile now because i'm voting with my wallet for the combat system I want but- I still watch people play these games and I have to say that I want the time I wasted watching them play FF15 back. I don't regret the time I spent watching them play 16 though.

I think my biggest issue with the game is the weapon design... Not visual design but the stats they have, because so many weapons have direct upgrades There's no reason to use the Malestrom once you get the Drum Beat, there's no reason to use the Grendel when you get the Kodama, there's no reason to use the Eon once you get basically any other pistol, its kinda rough... Oh, and don't even get me started on Snipers vs Shotguns with slug rounds. That one is just silly how much these are in vastly different power levels especially in earlygame. I mean, lets be honest here, the Malestrom should be a lower fire rate gun thats super hard to control but does alot of per shot damage, which makes more sense for a pirate weapon than a highly accurate gun with a fast fire rate. (at least for me)
